Hello, My name is Miss. Meg! I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in Geology and work at a local health department! Apart from my devotion to environmental science, I hold a special place in my heart for DANCE! I grew up in Morris, IL where I danced competitively and recreationally for nearly 19 years of my life. I am well versed in tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and contemporary dance genres. At my home studio, I also took tumbling classes for several years in order to gain flexibility and strength. In highschool, I participated in a variety of sports: soccer, basketball, swimming & diving. For several summers, I worked as a lifeguard and private swim instructor at my local city pool. In college, I became President of the Augustana Dance Company, which conducts student-choreographed performances two times a year. During this time, I was an instructor at Jumpstart Gymnastics as well. No matter what, I am deeply committed to empowering children in discovering their personal strengths, goals, and mobility potential. Their success is my success! I joined Davenport Junior Theater’s team in 2022 and look forward to working with you!
