As an extension of Davenport Parks and Recreation, we are constantly striving to create new resources for families to access our programs. We offer a variety of options for financial assistance and scholarships:
Residents
All Davenport residents, receive 20% off all programming. This was established by our City Council. As taxpayers, residents are helping to subsidize our programs.

To qualify, participants must fill out the Financial Assistance Form and turn it in at Parks and Recreation's main offices at: The River’s Edge, 700 W River Drive, Davenport, IA 52802.
