Advanced Improv 10+

(Pre-requisite = Improv x2 + Teacher Recommended)

Theatre Improv will have you thinking on the spot in no time! Create a story with others from your own imagination and work as a team. Countless professionals, performers and public speakers credit their success to improv training. Through games and exercises, students develop ability to think quickly and imaginatively. Advanced improv will end with an hour long improv show for students to present their skills.

NEW THEATRE SIGN IN PROCEDURES! Students report directly to assigned cottage. Cottage number found on your receipt. Refer to map attached to your receipt for cottage location. CLASSES NO LONGER SIGN IN AT COTTAGE 15, UNLESS SPECIFIED.
Classes meet once a week at scheduled time.

A Parent/Guardian must sign their child in and out.
Students missing more than 2 classes may not perform in showcase without instructor approval.
Students, staff, and parents are welcome to wear masks but are not required.

Details

Session Schedule: January 4 - April 3 (12 week session)
No Class: March 17 - 22 (Spring Break Week)
Showcase Day: Saturday, April 5 or Sunday, April 6. Exact format, days & times will be announced by Week 3 of class.
Price: Davenport Resident*: $145 | Non Resident*: $165

*Classes & events cancelled by inclement weather or facility emergency cannot be made up at a later time.
*DJT is a proud program of Davenport Parks & Recreation. Our programs and facility are supported by Davenport taxpayers. Therefore, all Davenport residents receive 20% off registration fee (capped at $20 per class).
